PRINCE SULTAN IBN ABDUL AZIZ AT THE DINNER PARTY HELD IN HIS HONOUR BY THE CITIZENS OF MAKKAH AL MUKARAMAH:

THE SECOND DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER: THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA HAS SUFFERED A LOT FROM TERRORISM, AND SO IT WILL BE ILLOGICAL TO ACCUSE IT OF HELPING TERRORISM.
THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES AND CROWN PRINCE ABDULLAH IBN ABDUL AZIZ HAVE BEEN DEDICATING THEIR EFFORTS FOR THE SERVICE OF THE CITIZENS.


Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has said the security situation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is excellent.

'Thanks to the Almighty Allah, we are in an excellent situation', said Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz after gracing the reception party held in his honor by the Governorate of Makkah.

The reception party was hosted by Prince Abdul-Majeed Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Makkah region, on behalf of the citizens of Makkah region.

Asked about reports which said that certain quarters, which accuse Saudi Arabia of helping terrorism, were planning to file a lawsuit against the Kingdom, Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz said "we are determined to go ahead on the path of the Islamic Shariah, and those who spell out such allegations should take into consideration that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has suffered a lot from terrorism, and so it will be illogical to accuse it of helping terrorism."

In an extempore speech at the reception party, Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General said the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard, have been dedicating their efforts for the Service of the citizens.

'When rulers and citizens are in solidarity and cohesion, then things shape up from good to better', he said.

Dr Abdulaziz Khayyat, speaking on behalf of the citizens of the Makkah region, expressed happiness for the health recovery of Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz and his return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from abroad.

The reception party was attended by Prince Bandar Ibn Khlaed Ibn Abdul Aziz, Prince Nawaf Ibn Abdul Aziz, the President of the General Intelligence, Prince Mamdouh Ibn Abdul Aziz, Prince Ahmed Ibn Abdul Aziz Deputy Interior Minister, Prince Fahd Ibn Mohammed Ibn Abdul Aziz, and a number of other princes.

On the other hand Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received the Secretary General of Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah Ibn Abdul Mohsin Al Turki, Shoura Council's chairman Sheikh Dr. Salih Ibn Homaid, senior officials and citizens who came to greet and congratulated him on returning home safely.

Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, returned to Jeddah coming from Morocco.

He was received at King Abdul Aziz International airport by Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard; Prince Fahd Ibn Mohammed Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Abdul Rahman Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Bandar Ibn Mohammed Ibn Abdul Rahman; Prince Mit'eb Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Nawaf Ibn Abdul Aziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Naif Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Minister of Interior; Prince Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region; Prince Mamdouh Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Ahmed Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Minister of Interior; Prince Abdulmajeed Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Governor of Makkah Region, other princes, ministers and senior civil and military officials.

Earlier Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz left the Moroccan airport of Agadir.

He was seen off by Prince Saud Ibn Naif Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Saudi Ambassador to Spain; Prince Naif Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Badr Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Nawaf Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Mansour Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Abdullah Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz; Prince Mishaal Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz and Prince Fawaz Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz.

He was also seen off by the Governor of Agadir Rasheed Al Filali; the Saudi Ambassador to Morocco Dr. Mohammed Al Bishr; and Saudi Embassy senior staff members.

Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent cable of thanks to Moroccan King Mohammad VI upon leaving Morocco.

In the cable, Prince Sultan expressed gratitude for the hospitality he and the accompanying delegation received during their visit to Morocco.

Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad Ibn Sabah Al Salim Alsabah and the accompanying delegation.

Prince Sultan also received Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad Ibn Mubarak Al Khalifa and the accompanying delegation.

During the two separate meetings, cordial talks were exchanged.

The Bahraini King congratulated Prince Sultan on the occasion of his return home, and expressed his good wishes to him.

Sheikh Al-Sabah congratulated Prince Sultan on the occasion of his return home and wished him excellent health.

Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received The Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Li Zhaoxing and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and stressed the solid relations between the two countries.
