SAUDI TRAINED TECHNICIANS ARE NEEDED IN ALL FIELDS AND THE COUNTRY HAS OPENED MANY COLLEGES AND INSTITUTES. THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF DEFENCE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL CONVEYS THE GREETINGS OF THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES, THE CROWN PRINCE AND THE SECOND DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES IN THE SOUTHERN REGION. Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General received at his palace in Al Aziziya in Makkah Al Mukkaramah a number of engineers representing the Saudi Organization for Engineers, who came to greet him and confirm their condemnation of the deviant group which aim is to destabilize the security of the Kingdom. On behalf of his colleagues in the private sector Dr Mohammed Al-Turki delivered a speech in which he renewed support and obedience to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Another engineer delivered a speech in which he praised the projects of the Ministry of Defence and Aviation and said Prince Sultan patronization of the annual engineering conference is a proof of the care given by the Prince Sultan to engineers. In his speech Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General said Engineering is one of the most honourable profession and explained that it first started with the help of the American Engineering forces which helped train Saudi engineers who are now in charge of the military engineering works. Prince Sultan went on to say that all engineers now have achieved high educational levels and thus they have to serve their country and take responsibility of its projects. Prince Sultan stressed that the Kingdom has opened 20 colleges and 25 technical colleges to train students. He went on to say that these students receive three months military training and spend nine months in technical vocational training, while receiving allowances from the state. He added that after three years thirty thousand students and this will be increased to sixty thousands. Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz said the aim of the Kingdom is to achieve saudization which in turn can not be realized without good education. Prince Sultan then delivered an armour to Dr Abdul Aziz Ibn Turki Al Otayshan. Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General also received at his palace in Makkah members of Al Majd TV station. Prince Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defence and Aviation and Inspector General, paid tribute to Governor of Tabouk Region Prince Fahd Ibn Sultan Ibn Abdul Aziz and members of the Governate's Saudization Committee for their efforts to create and find jobs for Saudi youths in the region. In a cable addressed to the Governor, Prince Sultan lauded the Committee's endeavour to employ 1,200 youths in various specializations, bringing to 10,234 the number of jobs filled by Saudi nationals in Tabouk's private sector since the Committee's establishment seven years ago. Prince Abdul Rahman said the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would continue to apply the Shariah. "Saudi Arabia is among the countries being targeted by those who don't want to see the Kingdom apply Islamic law. The divine system and the man-made system should not be equated. Prince Abdul Rahman Ibn Abdul Aziz said no one who truly believed in God would accept the rule of foreigners. "We thank Almighty God that the rulers and people of this country have never been subjected to foreign rule, either covertly or overtly or through some authority claiming to be advocates of Arab nationalism or Islam." You in the Armed Forces and your colleagues in the security forces will continue to do the missions you have been entrusted with, and you should always be fully prepared to defend your country," the prince added. In his speech, Prince Abdul Rahman prayed to Almighty Allah to perpetuate the blessings of security and stability, stressing that the armed forces are the defenders of religion and Islam's holiest places. He pointed out that Islamic countries and Arab region are witnessing tragic situations, noting that the Kingdom is envied by others for the blessings of stability and security bestowed upon it by God the Almighty. He added that the Kingdom suffered from avidity and ingratitude of some because of its adherence to religion and high position as a niche of Muslims.
